Journal entries you write within Liminal Daily are yours. We do not share your journal entries with third parties or use them to train AI models. Entries are automatically screened using keyword matching to help identify situations where someone may be in crisis; flagged entries may be reviewed by a member of our team for that purpose only. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may request deletion of your journal entries at any time by contacting us at privacy@liminaldaily.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairos Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Liminal Daily or reliance on its content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
